meat (chicken, pork, fish) / maso (kuřecí, vepřové, ryba)
cheese (Edam) / sýr (Eidam)
mushrooms/houby
cauliflower/květák
------------------------------
slices of meet / cheese / mushrooms or pieces of cauliflower / plátky masa /sýra / hlavičky hub nebo kousky květáku
flour / mouka
eggs / vajíčka
breadcrumbs / strouhanka
salt and pepper / sůl a pepř
oil / olej

METHOD / POSTUP
Tenderize slice of meat by a malled (not cheese and mushrooms) and sprinkle with salt and pepper./ Naklepejte maso, osolte a opepřete.
Prepare whisked egg with pinch of salt  and several spoons of flower./Našlehejte vajíčko s trochou sloi a několika lžícemi mouky.
Wrap meat in flour./ Obalte maso v mouce.
Dip in whished egg./Obalte ve vajíčku.
Wrap in breadcrumbs./Obalte ve strouhance.
Breaded meat fry in a pan from both sides until it´s golden./Obalené maso osmažte na pánvi z obou stran dozlatova.
You may fry it in an owen too./Můžete smažit také v troubě.
