Apple strudel

INGREDIENTS / SUROVINY
Pastry:
250g plain flour
65g butter (1/4)
1 yolk
125g sour cream (half cup)
2 spoons sugar
pinch of salt

Filling:
6 apples
cinnamon
sugar
1 spoon of breadcrumbs
fistfull of chopped walnuts
raisins

+ 1 egg to spread

METHOD / POSTUP

Put ingredients on kneading board: flour, butter, egg, sour cream, sugar, salt.
Blend all together.
Knead dough until it is compact.
Set aside for some time.
Meanwhile peel apples.
Great apples ( or slice).
Add sugar and cinnamon and blend.
Devide pastry in 2 parts.
Roll out one part in a thin layer.
Sprinkle with breatcrumbs.
Spread apples ( not too close to the edges).
Sprinkle with nuts and raisins.
Fold the pastry several times, edges fold down.
Carefully move on a baking tin.
Spread with whisked egg and nuts.
Bake until it is golden by temperature 180 ̊C (approx. 1/2 h).
